Models: Tori Lux Ashley Fires Stoya James Deen

James Deen is one of, if not the most, recognizable male performer in the adult entertainment industry and has been for some time. His slender build, mischevious smile, blue eyes and mop of brown curls sets him apart him from his more muscular and buff peers in the business and lend him the appeal of the “boy-next-door”.

Deen has been the “golden boy”of pornography for years now, always speaking out in favor of feminist views, consent and comunication; being featured in the pages of GQ Magazine, starring in independent movies alongside Lindsey Lohan, writing an advice sex column and several other endeavors. However, his good luck seems to be at an end after Stoya, former girlfriend and fellow porn actress, posted a couple of tweets this past Saturday accusing him of rape.

“That thing where you log in to the internet for a second and see people idolizing the guy who raped you as a feminist. That thing sucks.” Stoya stated in one of her tweets, the other claimed “James Deen held me down and fucked me while I said no, stop, used my safeword. I just can't nod and smile when people bring him up anymore.”

These two tweets started an avalanche of outraged social media users and encouraged three other women to back-up Stoya's accusations with assault and rape stories of their own. One of them is former porn star Tori Lux, who sent an essay to The Daily Beast detailing her one violent experience with the actor, during which he supposedly hit her repeatedly and shoved her face against his groin (http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2015/11/30/tori-lux-james-deen-assaulted-me-too.html). Another adult actress, Ashley Fires also came forward and told The Daily Beast that she refused to work with Deen due to being almost raped by him at one time. Both of these instances allegedly happened behind the scenes on important porn sets and not during the filming of a scene.

Another woman involved in the industry approached LAist.com and shared her own anonymously (http://laist.com/2015/11/30/james_deen_accusations.php) which took place during the 2009 AVN Awards' after-party. T.M states that Deen grabbed her, made her perform oral sex on him and had sex with her in front of a roomfull of his friends and fans. A few hours ago another two porn stars, Amber Rayne and Kora Peters, also contacted The Daily Beast accusing James Deen of violating them on set, bringing the total number of women who came forward to five.

The consecuences of all of this? Kink.com almost immediately ended their professional relationship with the actor stating that "For the Kink.com community, as well as the larger BDSM community, consent and respect are sacrosanct. Effective immediately, Kink.com will cease all ties with James Deen, both as a performer and a producer,". Deen has also stepped down from the board of the Adult Performer Advocacy Comitee, and “The Frisky” - a known women's blog - decided to discontinue the column “What Would James Deen Do?” in light of these allegations.

The media frenzy behind these claims have sparked a wave of indignation within social media platforms, Internet users took to Twitter where currently the hashtag #solidaritywithstoya has been trending worldwide. In response, James Deen tweeted “There have been some egregious claims made against me on social media” he said, “I want to assure my friends, fans and colleagues that these allegations are both false and defamatory” and stated “I respect women and I know and respect limits both professionally and privately”.

If he did even one, why hasn't he been arrested and charged?

He would've been arrested but the victims didn't go to the police! She should've taken the allegation to the authorities when it happened NOT using a social media platform. Letting years pass to then take it to twitter shows her true MO, and in today's age of lame twitter-beefs, all it takes is a simple re-tweet to cause outrage. He may be a douché-bag but she's an attention seeking bitch looking for sympathy from a public that loves to be whipped up in a frenzied mob of outrage—it's a 3rd wave feminist tactic. It's obvious her intent is to damage his social standing in the industry and wreck his career.
